A new website has popped up www.timeshareaufloesung.com
This website completely in German, advertises the possibility to get rid of your timeshare, stop the maintenance fees and even claim money back through a court case.
The website www.timeshareaufloesung.com was registered on the 5th of November 2012
There is no address or any indication of who the people are behind the website, company address, company registration, etc.
The contact number is +34 911 871 531 or the consumer can fill in a contact form and supposedly will be called back.
Mindtimeshare has done more research though and we came to the conclusion that yet again behind this set up is the company Reclaimgc and Lifestyle Vacation.
If they are using the Timeshare Refund Network branch to cold call UK Timeshare owners, it seems that the approach to other nationalities is mainly directed through websites such as www.timeshareaufloesung.com and ?www.timesharerefund.eu which was also mentioned on this blog not so long ago.
ReclaimGC?-www.reclaimgc.com?, set up in 2009 in Gran Canaria, by German national called?Eugen Kaiser.
The companies working for Reclaimgc such as Timeshare Refund Network are contacting timeshare owners informing them that the companies where they bought the product used unlawful practices when they sold the timeshares.
Basically,?ReclaimGC / Claims Directive?claim that under The European Directive 94/97/EC, timeshare companies broke the law by taking a deposit from them before the cooling off period, although?Kaiser?forgets to tell them that under?Spanish legislation the taking of deposits was permitted.
Timeshare owners are offered a ?discounted? holiday accommodation in Gran Canaria where they will meet up with the supposed legal advisor or alternatively a representative can visit them at home for a small fee.
During this consultation the Timeshare Owner is offered the possibility to join a claim against their timeshare resort but the fees round the ?6000 / ?7000
A possibility to get a discount of this fee is when joining the Voyager Travel Holiday Club from Reclaimgc. ?A membership that doesn?t provide really all the holidays as promised at point of purchase and a court case that does not always seems to get started?
